Attachment 1 to the Final Act is the International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage, 2001 (Bunkers Convention).

The Conference also adoptd resolutions on
- Limitation of Liability;
- Promotion of Technical Co-operation;
- Protection for Persons Taking Measures to Prevent or Minimize the Effects of Oil Pollution.

These resolutions are included in this publication. This publication contains the English, French and Spanish texts.
