This volume is divided into two sections.
The first, concerning the status, privileges
and immunities of IMO, includes:
Convention on the Privileges and
Immunities of the specialized agencies;

Maritime Organization and the
Government of the United Kingdom
of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
regarding the Headquarters of the
Organization, as amended;
Agreement between the International
Maritime Organization and the
Government of Sweden regarding the
World Maritime University (WMU).
The second section contains agreements
with intergovernmental organizations,
including:
Agreement between the United Nations
(UN) and the International Maritime
Organization and Protocol;
Agreement between the United
Nations and the International Maritime
Organization for the admission of the
International Maritime Organization
into the United Nations Joint Staff
Pension Fund;
Special Agreement between the United
Nations (UN) and the International

competence of the Administrative
Tribunal of the United Nations to the
